Having made a verbal or written booking by email we ask for a 30% deposit to secure your
accommodation. Payment can be made either by credit card over the phone or by sending an English sterling cheque or a French Euro cheque. Reservations will be held for up to 7 days & a receipt sent by email. Payment of the final balance is required 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Please read our booking terms & conditions (click in the blue box above); the receipt by us of your deposit is deemed as your acceptance of our terms & conditions.

Road-Rail offers an eco-friendly overnight service, Calais to Narbonne with private couchettes (May to Sept)
By Road the quickest route (times are approximate, allow extra time mid-summer):-
from Calais (10 hours) is via Rheims, Dijon, Lyon, Narbonne (add 2-3 hours July/Aug)
from Paris, to Orleans, Vierzon, Milau, Narbonne (11 hours)
from Dieppe or Le Havre, to Rouen, Evreux, Dreux, Orleans, Vierzon, Milau, Narbonne (13 hours)

A61 motorway: Montpellier & Barcelona. Follow signs to A61 exit at Junction No.25 Lezignan. Exit péage, turn right at roundabout (1st exit) D611. Over 2 roundabouts, at 3rd take 2nd exit, at 4th turn left (2nd exit) under a rail bridge. At the next ‘T’ junction turn right. After 1/2 mile road merges right, into the N113 to Narbonne for 3 miles. Take 2nd main exit signed Canet. Drive straight over next cross-roads & enter Canet. Follow signs to Ventenac. Cross bridge at Ventenac & follow signs to Ginestas where you follow the road to the left, take 3rd turn left, Bize vers D5, D26 & we are the last property on right, yellow plaque with Domaine Du Puits Es Pratx.

A7 motorway to France. Over the border the motorway becomes A9, follow signs to Narbonne & Montpellier. Exit the motorway at Junction 38 Narbonne. Through the péage 1st roundabout follow signs to N9 Lezignan continue to the next junction 2.5km turn right signed Lezignan. 1st roundabout, take the 1st exit off, signed Lezignan. Next roundabout 2nd exit towards Villedaigne.Traffic lights at Villedaigne, turn right towards Olonzac, almost immediately left turn & continue for 2km. 1st turn right to Canet. Follow signs to Ventenac. Cross bridge at Ventenac & follow signs to Ginestas & follow the road to the left, take 3rd turn left signed Bize vers D5, D26 & we are the last property on right, yellow plaque with Domaine Du Puits Es Pratx.

Goholidayfrance terms & conditions
Please read carefully and ensure that a copy of these terms and conditions is made for any future reference required.
1. A reservation is made upon receipt by goholidayfrance of a completed booking form together with a deposit of 35%. Upon clearance of the cheque the reservation is confirmed in writing by goholidayfrance. Provisional reservations can be held for 7 days after a booking has been made by e-mail or telephone.
2. The balance of payment for holidays is paid six weeks prior to the departure date. If this payment is not received by the due date, goholidayfrance will deem the reservation cancelled. If a reservation is booked within the six weeks of the departure date then the whole payment is due. Upon receipt of this, with the completed booking form and the clearance of the cheque, a confirmation of the booking will be made in writing.
3. The deposit is non-refundable unless the holiday is cancelled by goholidayfrance due to exceptional and unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. In the event of a client cancelling a holiday, a course or a hotel booking, a refund of the balance can only be made if the booking is re-sold. There can be no guarantee that a re-sale will be possible.
4. In the unlikely event of your holiday being cancelled by us owing to circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to the amount of money that you have paid to us only. It is a term of this contract that the client takes out holiday insurance cover against the possibility of cancellation.
5. goholidayfrance reserves the right to change the programme of the holiday course due to circumstances beyond our control, for example extreme weather conditions. However, goholidayfrance will discuss with you beforehand any such changes that may happen.
6. Self-catering clients are expected to clean the property & leave it in the same condition that they found it. Any missing towels, bedware, kitchenware or any other items in the property that are found missing or damaed will be charged at cost on departure.
7. goholidayfrance cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, or for personal accident, death or injury. Any trips or excursions are entered into at your own risk and therefore we advise you to have suitable insurance cover. It is a term of this contract that the client take out suitable insurance cover and send us a copy of your travel insurance.
8. goholidayfrance reserves the right to substitute course teachers in the event of circumstances beyond our control, for example, illness. Another teacher will be provided and you will be informed of the circumstances.
9. goholidayfrance reserves the right to change the prices and any other particulars contained on this web site/brochure/contract at any time before we enter into a contract with you. If there are any changes we will inform you of them.
10. Prices are for bed & breakfast or self-catering accommodation, mid-day & evening meals are priced separately. Prices do not include transfers to and from airports and railway stations. Prices are estimated according to the exchange rate at the time of booking. Prices do not include airfares & insurance. The client is responsible for making their own travel arrangements to goholidayfrance hotel and self catering cottages, and paying for them.
11. goholidayfrance canvnot be held responsible for any delays, loss of property, death or injury incurred because of any travel, including taxi transfers and car trips on courses. Any expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the passenger.
12. Special dietary needs, medical warnings or other requests must be specified when booking the holiday. We will do our best to meet your requirements but we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met in full & accept no liability if such requests cannot be met.
13. goholidayfrance does not accept responsibility for acts/or omissions of its employees, whilst acting in the course of their employment. However, if there is a genuine complaint GoHolidayFrance will do it's utmost to rectify the conceived problem.
14. goholidayfrance cannot be held responsible or accept liability for death, injury or illness caused to the client or any other person on the booking form, unless arising from the proven negligence or omission of the company's employees or owners whilst acting in the course of their employment. Any claims shall be subject to English law in respect of any question of liability or quantum, and all proceedings will be within the exclusive domain of the English courts.
15. The client must communicate any perceived failure in the performance of this contract immediately to employees of goholidayfrance so that a satisfactory solution can be found at that time. If this is not possible, then a complaint in writing should be made within 28 days of the holiday being finished.
16. Courses run from two to five days, Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday free.
17. No smoking is allowed within the buildings & vehicles. Smokers must tidy up after themselves if smoking in the grounds.
18. Clients are obliged to supply their own equipment, and are responsible for insuring that equipment against damage or theft.
19. By signing the booking form, the client is agreeing to accept all the above conditions. The person who signs the booking form does so on behalf of all the individuals included on it, so that all are bound by the booking terms & conditions stated here.
